Commissioners approve two small-scale land-use and rezoning ordinances on Reed Stafford Road
The board approved Ordinance 2025-01, a small-scale plan amendment reclassifying roughly 1.37 acres from Agricultural B to Very Low Density Residential, and companion Ordinance 2025-02 rezoning about 1.3 acres from AG-7.5 to Residential Conventional/Mobile Home 1, to correct a nonconforming family lot.
