Council members working on a Community Choice Aggregation (CCA) draft said they prepared a public-notice draft and updated RFP language to solicit potential program administrators. The draft requires publication in the local newspaper for at least 30 days and direct outreach to authorized administrators listed by the Public Service Commission.
