Willard adopts new software and AI tools for permitting, licensing and code lookup
The board approved subscriptions for CivicReview (permits and licensing workflow) and Breakground (AI-powered code lookup). Staff said the CivicReview subscription could save roughly $4,000 per year versus the incumbent system and that Breakground is a one-year pilot at a reduced price.
