During the public-comment portion of the Stonecrest Development Authority meeting, Marcelle Lucian Ashley of Lawrenceville told the authority she is a local realtor recently assigned to market a 15‑acre parcel on "Hit Road" and asked the authority to connect her with city staff to discuss options for selling the property.
