Committee forwards deputy union contract cleanup to full county board

The committee reviewed a proposed resolution to approve a revised collective bargaining agreement between Richland County and the county deputy sheriff union. Attorney Wendell told the committee that the substantive edits were limited and mainly clarified scheduling language for the investigator position and restored start-time ranges for patrol shifts.
