The meeting included routine governance updates. A motion to accept the January meeting minutes was made, seconded and approved by voice vote. Members also reviewed appointments and resignations: the committee reported that Brenda Walsh has been appointed to the committee and that the mayor approved the appointment; Helen Atkinson has resigned; and Kevin McEvoy has been reappointed.
