The Commerce and Tourism Committee reported favorably on CS for SB 1734, which sponsors called the Florida Kratom Consumer Protection Act. The bill sets safety and quality standards for kratom products, including allowed product forms, packaging and labeling requirements, processor requirements, testing and certification, minimum age (21) and enforcement provisions.
