Appropriations drafting group finalizes edits to bill draft, delays vote until Tuesday

Members of the appropriations drafting meeting met in Montpelier on Friday to review and refine draft 3.1 of the FY appropriation/capital bill and agreed not to hold a committee vote that day so members missing from the meeting could review changes over the weekend and on Tuesday morning.
