The Linn County Board of Supervisors opened its Feb. 11 meeting by asking for public comment (none offered) and then moved to approve its Feb. 10 minutes. The chair made the motion, a second was recorded, and the board approved the minutes by voice vote. At the time the chair said, "All those in favor, say aye." The motion carried.
