Johnson County CJCC adopts mission statement

Chair Judge Brandon Troc asked for a motion to adopt the statement; a motion and second were made and the chair called for the vote. The committee indicated its approval by voice vote.
The committee did not attach additional conditions to the motion during the meeting. Members present agreed to move on to timeline and project planning items after adopting the mission statement.
The vote and adoption conclude the committee's repeated review of the draft mission language; committee members said the item had been discussed at prior meetings and would serve as the group's guiding statement going forward.
