Committee members reviewed correspondence about a project for which previously allocated funds had been returned. Staff reported a letter from an applicant (referenced by name in the packet) asking the committee to ignore the return and reallocate the funds back to their project. Committee members said they could not comply with that request and described the proper step as reapplying in the next application cycle.
