Washington County HR reports delays in TimeClock Plus rollout; turnover holds below 10%
Human Resources reported progress and setbacks in implementing TimeClock Plus and migrating Tyler payroll systems, provided turnover and hiring figures for the last quarter, and said the county will run the new timekeeping system in parallel for a testing period before full cutover.

Washington County Human Resources told the Commissioners Court on March 18 that the county’s implementation of TimeClock Plus (TCP) is ongoing, that the planned go-live date moved from early–mid February to late March, and that staff are running the system in parallel as a testing period.
