The Town of Farragut Board of Mayor and Aldermen on March 13 approved several routine but substantive items: an amendment allowing certain second detached dwelling units in R‑1 zoning (final reading), two zoning text amendments on first reading, approval of a community race, and two change orders for town hall furnishings and building security.
