The Development Review Committee considered a construction site plan (CSP) revision for Eden Crest at its March 12, 2025 meeting. The item was introduced as a first submittal revision; Bobby Howell is listed as the project manager but Amir Hamza covered the item at the meeting. Luke Class of Appian Engineering represented the applicant.
