Ryan Hogan, project lead for the Cardinal Cove development, told the Soda Springs City Council that his team has completed a feasibility study and will deploy geotechnical services within weeks to inform a revised subdivision plan for the project in Soda Springs. "I'm a man of action, and I'm excited to be a part of the project," Hogan said.
