Medford City Council voted unanimously on Sept. 3 to adopt the city’s 2024–25 Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report (CAPER) for Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) programs and to submit the report to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development.
