Commissioners approve multiple infill single-family developments across Clark County
The zoning commission approved several infill residential projects across Winchester, Sunrise Manor, Enterprise and Mountains Edge, including KB Home (56 lots), Richmond American (44 lots), Signature Homes (31 lots) and others; staff and commissioners discussed open space, pedestrian safety and detached sidewalks.
