County staff introduced four ordinances for the commission’s later public hearing and asked the board to set hearings for Sept. 17, 2025. The ordinances include development agreements with Richmond American Homes of Nevada, Inc. and with JAT Pebble LLC/JAT Pebble 2 LLC for single‑family and mixed commercial/multifamily developments, and an amendment to the official zoning map implementing prior Board approvals.
