Planning Department staff told the Clark County Planning Commission at its Sept. 2 briefing that a developer proposes a multifamily senior housing development totaling 363 units on two parcels north and south of the Duck Creek Channel. The project would replace existing quonset structures on part of the site and build three two-story buildings dedicated to senior housing.
