Council approves revised resolution to split property at 5350 Lathrop with corrected parcel ID

Trenton — The City Council unanimously approved a revised resolution to divide property at 5350 Lathrop Street for owner Mary Kay Perino, correcting the parcel identification number used in the prior resolution. Steve Maciag, the city’s new building official, told council this is his first meeting and explained the revised resolution corrects the final digit of the parcel ID; he provided the amended parcel ID as 54-025-01-0029-307 and asked council to approve the revised resolution. Councilmember motion and support were recorded and the measure was approved unanimously. The resolution is an amendment to a previously passed split; staff indicated the change is clerical to correct the parcel ID and did not describe substantive changes to the substance of the split.
