University City council votes to terminate Commission for Access and Local Orientation Programming
On third reading the City Council approved Bill 95‑71, repealing multiple sections of the municipal code to terminate the Commission for Access and Local Orientation Programming (CALUP); city manager said a public process on disposition of remaining CALUP funds will follow after the budget process.
