The council received the final subdivision plat for Morrill Ridge Subdivision, a proposed four‑lot infill split that would create three new buildable lots in addition to one existing structure. The site is zoned RS‑2. City staff said the applicant requested a sidewalk variance because the surrounding street (Pier Bridal) currently lacks sidewalks and any sidewalks in the area would likely be installed as part of a broader city project rather than by the developer.
