Committee approves rules to implement unemployment overpayment waiver created by Act 184

The Legislative Committee on Administrative Rules approved amendments to the Vermont Employment Security Board rules to implement a waiver for unemployment benefit overpayments created by Act 184 (2024); the Department of Labor described definitions and hearing procedures and agreed to prepare guidance for claimants.
