Erath County approves multiple pipeline road-bore permits across precincts

Commissioner Ray moved to approve the permit package for Precinct 2 and Commissioner Stevens seconded; the court approved the motion by voice vote. Commissioner Stevens moved to approve permits in Precinct 3 and Commissioner Buck seconded; that motion also passed on voice vote. Commissioner Buck moved to approve the permits in Precinct 4; Commissioner Stevens seconded and the court approved those permits as well.
No conditions or financial impacts to the county were recorded in the minutes. The approvals allow pipeline companies to bore under county roads in the listed precincts subject to the county’s permit terms and requirements.
