The Elko County Planning Commission approved a conditional use permit allowing Kayla Hannah and Michael Tinsley to operate a preschool and daycare in Spring Creek, with hours set from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday through Friday and by appointment on weekends. The commission modified staff's written condition to permit up to 12 children at a time, rather than the staff-recommended limit of 10.
