The Development Services staff provided a brief update listing three predevelopment meetings since the prior report: a bank (approx. 3,000-square-foot building in Manvel Town Center), a retail shopping-center discussion on Highway 6 and a fabrication shop proposed at Highway 6 and Cemetery Road (highway heavy commercial district).
