Kim Ward, staff engineer with Public Works, presented Modification No. 1 to the professional engineering agreement with Great River Engineering for the Raintree bridge repair, saying the change “will add construction engineering services” and allow Great River Engineering “to act in the City's behalf having a daily on-site field inspector to inspect the hydro demolition of the bridge as it progresses.” The modification increases the agreement by $64,605 to a revised not-to-exceed total of $137,385.
