The Henry County Board of Commissioners voted unanimously April 13 to pass Resolution 2025-08-13010, authorizing submission of an application to the Indiana Finance Authority for a Residential Housing Infrastructure (RIF) loan to support public infrastructure for additional housing inventory. The resolution also authorizes an official to provide required information and act as the county’s representative in the loan process.
