CRU (Coop) Properties received a 7-0 favorable recommendation to rezone a parcel on North Walnut from R-5 to CB so the developer can replat and complete townhome construction; the matter will go to City Council Sept. 8.

MUNCIE, Ind. — The Muncie Metropolitan Plan Commission voted unanimously to recommend rezoning a parcel at 718 North Walnut Street from R-5 (residence) to CB (central business) to permit a replat that will accommodate ongoing townhome construction.
