FEMA-approved Montgomery County hazard mitigation plan needs member resolutions; CMCSS included
Staff reported the five-year update to the Montgomery County multi-jurisdictional hazard mitigation plan has been approved by FEMA and requires each member governing body, including the city of Clarksville and CMCSS, to confirm adoption by resolution.

A staff member identified as Reid told the Clarksville-Montgomery County School System board that the Montgomery County multi-jurisdictional hazard mitigation plan has been updated and approved by the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA). "Board, every 5 years, the multi jurisdictional hazard mitigation plan must be updated. This update has been completed and approved by FEMA, but requires the governing body of each member to confirm by resolution," Reid said.
