Commission corrects cross-reference in Act 934, replacing incorrect penalty section citation
The commission agreed with the Attorney General's Office and the sponsor to change a manifest reference in Act 934: the penalty citation was corrected to the statute that actually contains the penalties.

The Arkansas Code Revision Commission approved a correction to Act 934 after staff and the Attorney General's Office identified a manifest reference error. The act had cited Ark. Code §26-57-256 for penalties, but that section does not contain penalties; the penalties appear in §26-57-255.
