Resident says building access and fire-code issues remain unresolved; asks board to intervene

A resident told the board the primary exit at 8104 Lincoln Avenue lacks required fire protections and that loss of primary access because of a playground project has impeded deliveries and emergency vehicle access; he said previous follow-ups from staff had not been completed and requested board intervention.
