Tag recommends removing circular rooftop-PV reference, suggests clearer NFPA 70 pointer

The full story
The IRC Tag on July 31 reviewed the rooftop photovoltaic (PV) language in the existing amendments and flagged a circular reference that points users from the solar-energy section to R907 and then back again. Several tag members agreed that the R907 pointer creates circular navigation and that the base 3‑29 text already references NFPA 70 for the electrical work.
