Fernando Corona, IT manager for the city of San Luis, asked council to approve a purchase of Fortinet network infrastructure equipment through PCS Solutions using a cooperative purchasing contract. Corona said the purchase total was $211,314.92 and would replace aging hardware that no longer receives critical security updates.
