The Hillsborough County School Board on July 29 approved three IT‑related items presented by the superintendent and the district’s IT leadership: an increase in expenditures for Microsoft EES enterprise licenses (including Copilot and Teams Premium), a yearly renewal of CA (Computer Associates) mainframe software licensing through Carahsoft, and a staff‑augmentation contract to provide data analytics and data warehouse developers.
