The Liquor License Commission voted July 23 to approve transfer of the wine and malt beverages package store license for Quick Mart at 603 Wobraham Road from Ella Kay Realty, LLC to 5 Star 603 Wobraham Inc., naming Mian Sabir Salim manager of record, contingent on the licensing office receiving required TIP certifications.
