The Wheeling Village Board on July 21 approved an ordinance granting a variation from Title 19 to permit a reduction in minimum green space at 160 West Hintz Road to accommodate operational changes by Cap Plumbing and Sewer Inc. Planning staff said moving outdoor storage bins a few feet would improve the company’s operations and would reduce the site’s green space from approximately 17% to about 15%.
