Anderson Economic Development Commission approves two residential tax abatements
The Anderson City Economic Development Commission approved two residential tax abatement resolutions July 10: a six-year abatement for a single-family home at 4604 Malice Boulevard and a three-year abatement for a lakefront lot at 3138 Waterway Boulevard. Both were approved by voice vote and will go on to the City Council.
