The Limestone County Commission unanimously approved proposed addenda to the county’s subdivision regulations that expand existing exclusions. A staff member in the engineer’s office presented the changes and said the amendments "open up the exclusions from our regulations to include transfer property from grandparents to grandchildren" and also add exclusions for stepchildren and utilities.
