The Policy Committee revised and advanced Policy 183, renaming it to "Board member voting and participation in meetings," and approved language that prohibits proxy voting and bars absent members from having their opinions or concerns read into the record by others during meetings. The committee also confirmed that remote participation in closed sessions is not permitted.
