The Common Council on July 21 approved the consent agenda carrying several licensing items that previously were considered by the licensing board. Approvals included a new Class B combo reserve liquor license for Beak's Joint (former Hero of the Dog location in Barton), an amusement-device license, a massage-establishment renewal for BJ and Company and a change-of-agent filing for GPM Southeast R Stores.
