Board authorizes counsel to develop agreements with Garrison Diversion after executive session
Following an executive session on contract negotiation strategy and attorney consultation, the Lake Agassiz Water Authority directed its attorneys to collaborate with Garrison Diversion counsel to draft agreements clarifying roles, responsibilities and operational control between the organizations.
