The Bethlehem City Council Finance Committee voted 2-0 to recommend that the full council consider proposed adjustments to the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) and HOME fund budgets. The administration said bids for Friendship Park came in under estimate and the savings will be reallocated to other projects; the adjustment package also includes an additional HOME‑ARP award and repayments to the HOME program.
