Panel approves rezoning and comp-plan change for 17.7 acres in Stockton
The Portage County Planning and Zoning Committee approved a comprehensive-plan amendment and rezoning request from Jesse Disher to change 17.7 of 22.7 acres in parcel 03423093127.04 from L1 Enterprise Agricultural to L3 Limited Agricultural/mixed use and from A1 exclusive agriculture to A3 lower-density agriculture, allowing creation of two lots.
