The commission reviewed two agenda items from Cubes at Sparta Pike LLC: a preliminary plat and a final plat for a six-lot subdivision on about 204.9 acres along Sparta Pike. Staff identified numerous technical deficiencies (incorrect drawing scale, missing parcels and addresses on the plat, lack of adjacent property information, missing surveyor contact and incomplete fees for added lots) and a set of required variances related to minimum lot size, road connectivity and block length/perimeter.
