Key training and supervision requirements - UW–Green Bay online training is required and constitutes a substantial portion of the initial hours; licensed/credentialed DSPS providers may be eligible for a condensed UW–Green Bay option. - Timeline: DSPS‑licensed providers may count qualifying trainings completed within the past two years; non‑DSPS providers must complete initial hours within three months of their start date. - Ongoing requirements: all CCS providers must complete at least eight hours of training per year relevant to their role. - Supervision/collaboration: the required supervision depends on qualification level and direct-service hours. For bachelor‑level (or below) providers and non‑licensed master's/doctoral clinicians: at least 1 hour of supervision per 1–30 service hours during the year.
