Project team seeks early work authorization for grading package estimated $2–$3 million
Project manager Mickey Bragg told the board the construction team will present an early work authorization (EWA) for grading and site preparation estimated at $2–$3 million, part of the CM/GC GMP process; staff plan to present final EWA language and the price to the board the week of July 24 with possible action at the July 24 or July 30 meeting.

Mickey Bragg, the district project manager, updated the Walla River School District Board of Education on July 10 about the project schedule and a pending early work authorization for grading and site preparation. Bragg said the design and construction team is preparing a 75% construction document package in August and will request approval of an early work authorization (EWA) to begin grading and other site work ahead of the final guaranteed maximum price (GMP).
