The Clay County Board of Commissioners voted July 1 to award the low bid for the joint highway facility roof replacement to the bidder identified at the meeting (TechTown Americas Dakotas). County staff reported that the low bid had been verified with the vendor and that both the City of Moorhead and Minnesota Department of Transportation had budgeted their shares. County staff said the project would be funded through Fund 19 and described a county share figure during discussion.
