Wichita County adds Quail Ridge West to county road inventory after public hearing
The Wichita County Commissioners Court voted unanimously to add roughly 0.384 miles of Quail Ridge Road — designated Quail Ridge West — into the Precinct 1 road inventory after a public hearing in which residents said they supported county maintenance of the Wichita County side of the horseshoe-shaped road.

The Wichita County Commissioners Court voted 5-0 on July 1 to add approximately 0.384 miles of Quail Ridge Road, from the Archer County line to Old State Road, into the Precinct 1 road inventory and to designate that segment Quail Ridge West.
