Testa also confirmed the county submitted its Community Home Improvement and Preservation (CHIP) program application on June 24 and expects a funding decision later in the fall.
Testa reported that a professional fairgrounds design company is under contract and is evaluating the county fair’s 84 acres this summer; the consultant will be on-site during the fair and will present recommendations this fall.
